  • Tray for freezing cubes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed, seedless
  • 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 2–3 leaves fresh mint optional, for garnish or blending

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  • Place the cubes on a tray and freeze until solid, about 2–3 hours.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine frozen watermelon, lime juice, and honey (if using).
  • Blend until smooth. If the texture is too thick, add a splash of cold water or coconut water.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 1–2 hours for a scoopable consistency.

Notes

The riper the watermelon, the sweeter the sorbet. Skip the honey if using a very sweet melon. Add mint for a refreshing twist.
