Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water not boiling
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered with the mother
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice squeezed from a real lemon
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt fine grain

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger or cayenne pepper optional metabolism boost
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional for sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Warm your water until it's slightly hot but not boiling.
  • In a glass, combine lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and pink salt.
  • Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir well.
  • Add honey or ginger/cayenne if desired, and stir again.
  • Drink on an empty stomach in the morning, about 30 minutes before eating.
